EPE Sheet Cutting Machine
Application:
Mainly used for cutting EPE sheet into slices instead of the traditional vertical cutting machine by the method of horizontal and vertical cutting.
Performance advantage:
1.Mitsubishi PLC is adopted with Kunlun touch screen and it’s more stable.
2.The vertical cutters are controlled by electromagnetic clutch, which makes the speed faster.
3.Cost-saving with tolerance at least 5mm of top and tail.
4.Cutting thickness: 5-120mm, high cutting precision and good consistency.
Working Principle:
Controlling servo motor by PLC, and rollers by patented variable speed mechanism as to locate the machining length.
